Pandemic Covid-19 – regular programs suspended, schools closed
Our regular activities had to cease on March 13, 2020, due to school closures and government health restrictions. JA Québec continued its training through other dissemination tools. JA Canada activated its digital online project in April; to promote it in Quebec, it had to wait until the French versions were available (end of May 2020). In order to provide quicker access to youth in Quebec, JA Québec has been actively involved with JA Canada for the translation and revision of 4 self-directed learning programs. A mailing to our teachers, volunteers and partners was sent on June 1st, 2020. The Teacher component is currently being put online and will be available at a later date.
